Me and Sofia ordered Nenne to come and take some pictures of us in our Kannazuki no Miko cosplay from last year as we never got any good pictures of it during Tsukicon.

I dyed my hair back to red!





Tomorrow I'll get the keys to my new apartment, and I have exactly 8 days left at work before my new life begins. And I am quite excited!
I also thought that this new era deserves something new, and I decided to create a public blog which will contain many different things and I'll leave the personal stuff for this place. Though the nonpersonal stuff will probably end up here too. Maybe. : D
Well anyway, here it is:

Now I finally got to unleash all that inspiration I've been having inside of me!
I kind of made the whole dress yesterday, almost, I had started a little bit earlier. And after finishing the dress I went on to a blouse and I've been working on that one today. But I wont get it finished today since I'm missing buttons and fabric for the frill at the hem. :(
So pictures of that one after it's finished. Now on to the dress!



The whole thing! The fabric is what I bought in Toraya in Osaka. Decided that a wild pattern like that need a simple design so I went for a laceless dress. The ribbon isn't attatched to the dress, just tied around the waist. I didn't wanna sew it onto the dress since it probably wont match every coordinate. And also the dress looks even more casual without it so it's good for everyday wear without it. :)
(And that's the petticoat being wobbly, not the dress.)

It's fully lined and SERGED! First thing I made with my new love of my life. I haven't used a serger since junior high and I really didn't remember it's this orgasmic! Everything turns out so proffessional!! <3
The zipper is on the side, it's not hidden though, because I've decided I hate hidden zippers. Not only are they 1000x worse to put in, they also break way easier. But of course it's purple so it's not like it can be seen easily anyway.

I'm quite proud of how this one turned out. : ) And the blouse I'm working on is becoming quite nice too! It's longsleewed and dusty pink. A little bit Innocent World inspired I'd say. Or a lot. : D

Humhum, the pictures from my two days in Helsinki (Gaga, DTM and hanging around) are still in my sisters camera, which is now out of reach at our summerhouse. : ( But here comes a random post with what I've shopped lately and such. Yay.

Finally I got Nooras pictures from Animecon, now I'll just have to wait for Krisse to get hers transfered to her computer! : ) Her camera is better than Noora's so I'm WAITING! : D Already these pictures were so good that, GAWD with.. oh yeah. Impatently waiting. :D

Well well, as I mentioned I pulled a VERY spontanous Queen of Hearts cosplay that was basically pulled together in totally 5 hours. 3 hours at home in the middle of the night between Thursday and Friday and then about 2 hours in our hostel room Friday evening with the stuff I had Sofia shop for me while I was at work during the day. So yes. With that little time I am so proud of how it turned out! : D And quite many people took pics of me!

Well, after the con we went to the random throne standing between Lasipalatsi and Forum, right next to Mannerheimintie and had a little photoshoot, and here comes the first batch of pictures! : D

PUBLIC ENTRY SURPRISE!! : DDDDD
I've had some huge inspiration lately and some new Lolita-wave has hit me (scary indeed.) so I've created lots of small little accessories, and I'm planning on starting sewing stuff again once the matriculation exams are over, so I was thinking of starting a selling jourbal... Wonder if anyone would buy.. :D (Nette 8D?)
Also I'll be taking orders for custom made stuff once in a while, just as I've done for years. (Nette I still have your fabrics ;D) and I really wanna try making a corset so maaybe, if that works out fine I'll start making those to once in a while! : D
